Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partners within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 3 PM ET or on weekends/holidays process the next business day.

We currently ship to the US only. International markets will be added as each supplier confirms destination support.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact support with your order number. We'll open a carrier inquiry and ship a replacement or refund per your preference.
