Last updated: July 29, 2026
Store: Zero Door Shop (zerodoorshop.com)
Operator: Zero Door Labs ("Zero Door," "we," "us," or "our")
1. Agreement
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, using support chat, or otherwise interacting with Zero Door Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, AI Policy, and any policy displayed at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from us.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
3. Products and third-party fulfillment
Products may be sourced, manufactured, stored, shipped, or serviced by third-party suppliers, platforms, carriers, and processors. Product listings, images, availability, prices, variants, dimensions, materials, ingredients, and shipping estimates may change or contain errors. We may correct errors, cancel orders, or refuse service where appropriate.
Product content is provided for shopping convenience. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Dietary supplements and ingestibles are sold as dietary supplements only. Unless a product label says otherwise, supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Orders
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or refund any order for suspected fraud, abuse, inventory issues, supplier failure, pricing errors, address problems, legal restrictions, or policy violations.
Prices, taxes, discounts, and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, system, supplier, or pricing errors.
5. Payment, fraud, and chargebacks
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for orders, taxes, shipping, and related fees. You agree not to file false, abusive, or bad-faith disputes or chargebacks. A chargeback filed after delivery, after we requested proof, or after we offered a reasonable resolution may be treated as fraud or abuse where permitted by law.
We may cancel orders, refuse future service, recover costs, or share fraud signals with processors, platforms, carriers, and authorities when we believe abuse occurred.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate laws; interfere with the site; scrape, harvest, or misuse data; reverse engineer systems; submit false claims or reviews; impersonate anyone; misuse our brand; abuse promotions, returns, or support; resell in violation of law or manufacturer restrictions; or use the site for competitive scraping, model training, spam, fraud, or harassment.
7. Intellectual property
The site, brand, logos, product copy, layout, images, metadata, agent files, and other content are owned by Zero Door, licensors, suppliers, or platforms. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal shopping only. No other rights are granted.
8. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, messages, feedback, or other content, you grant Zero Door a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and distribute that content for store operations, support, marketing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You are responsible for what you submit.
9. AI and automated support
We may use AI-assisted support tools. AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or outdated. Published policy pages control over chat summaries. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Contact a human through Contact for binding support review.
10. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Door disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free service, and product suitability for any specific person or use.
You assume all risk from purchasing, handling, using, misusing, relying on, or reselling products or site content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Door and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, platforms, carriers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; personal injury except where liability cannot be excluded; property damage; shipping delay; supplier error; or reliance on site or AI content.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site, these Terms, or any product will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Door and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site or products, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, false claims, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or content you submit.
13. Dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and Zero Door waive the right to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceedings.
If any arbitration or class-waiver provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms stay in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Time limit
Any claim must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. These Terms and linked policies are the entire agreement between you and Zero Door for site use and purchases.
